By booking an appointment you will be confirming that you have read and fully understand the booking and cancellation policies.
BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT 24-HOURS IN ADVANCE IF POSSIBLE
Our books get filled very fast! Same day appointments are also available but might not be a guaranteed. Please feel free to book your appointments a day in advance to assure your spot to get in with one of our wonderful nail technicians. WE ARE A DOG-FRIENDLY SALON!
We are a dog-friendly salon! If you are allergic to dogs, please let us know when you schedule your appointment so we can make accommodations for you.
PAYMENTS (WILL BE REQUIRED MARCH 2020)
We require that all appointments be secured by credit card with a minimum of a 25% deposit for an in-studio appointment, and a 50% deposit for mobile services. For party’s, groups and special events a 50% deposit for the estimated services requested is required at the time of booking. Appointments are considered booked once payment information is received and processed.
YOU CAN CANCEL/RESCHEDULE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT
Your appointments are very important to US, and it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment only by going online or over the phone. Notice via text or voicemail is not accepted and will not be considered as a valid rescheduling of your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours, you may reschedule. However, less than a 24-hour notice will result in the charge of the full-service price. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
LATE SHOWS
We utilize every minute of your appointment time to ensure that your nails are PERFECT!! If you are late, you may not be able to get exactly what you wanted on your nails. If it’s your first time coming, please make yourself familiar with the area well before your appointment time. After you are 15 minutes late, you will need to RESCHEDULE and you will be charged FULL PRICE and your deposit will be lost. If you are going to be late, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE by calling the us at (385)-722-8888
NO SHOWS
Any no shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount, minus the deposit. The cancellation policy allows me time to inform my standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
REGULAR POLISH POLICY
Regular polish is NOT guaranteed at WaterCreek because of the unpredictable nature it can have on a client’s nail-bed. Our nail-bed expand in hot temperature. For example, hot water when you are shower. It causes the nail polish to move with it. Thus, leading to cracks and chips when your nail beds return to normal. We do not recommend you to shower for about 2 hours before/after the application of regular nail polish. A better alternative to prevent chipping and cracking would be our GEL (SHELLAC) POLISH. We guarantee our GEL/SHELLAC for up to 4 days after the application. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about your regular polish and we will be delighted to help you.
